January 17, 2004 is when I received Sisterlocks. I wanted to start a blog to just share my experiences of the loc'd life. I gained so much knowledge from personal websites. I thank you all for sharing your stories. Please come along this journey with this natural sisterlocked sistah. Thanks for stopping by.

Update Pic
Just did a roller set with my spike rollers. I'm still loving my cut. Although I am looking forward to growing my hair long again. I am dying for a color touch up to my roots. Still debating if I want to do it myself or find a cosmotologist that also handles locs in LA. I haven't even looked for anyone to be honest. Dark roots until I figure that out. I'm planning to take the SL Consultant Training next year. Still waiting to see dates for Dallas. Moving again....long story.

Girl, your hair is SHARP!! Just as it is critical to find a good SL Consultant, it is equally critical to find someone who can cut SLs. I will probably do the same thing at some point.
You have started my list of references for SL stylist to include coloring & cutting.
Thx for this post! Again, you look GREAT per usual...
I love it!!
I love your hair. You are my inspiration. I am beginning my journey soon. Thanks for sharing
Lovely! Absolutely lovely. I have not visited your blog in so long so I am late but I just had to comment on how much I love your cut. I am 3 1/2 years in and I am already thinking of doing the same thing. :-)
Nice, Very Nice! I'm glad you like the new hair cut. As for me, I am growing another set. Two yrs. in, and new pics this month on my blog:

Take care~
This picture is adorable!!! Your curls are too cute and you look absolutely beautiful. I've decided to stop coloring my locs about several months ago because I am on a mission to grow healthy locs (meaning no coloring since I have so much damage from previous dye jobs).
